A process for making a toothbrush comprises making a toothbrush head having at its basal end a first engagement part, then making a toothbrush grip handle from a plastics material by a handle moulding process, during the handle moulding process forming a second engagement part at the head end of the handle in engagement with the first engagement part, such that the engagement between the first and second engagement parts retains the head and grip handle together. Procédé de fabrication d'une brosse à dents qui consiste à fabriquer une tête de brosse à dents ayant à son extrémité basale une première partie d'emboîtement et à fabriquer ensuite un manche de brosse à dents à partir d'un matériau plastique à l'aide d'un processus de moulage de manche, puis à former pendant le processus de moulage de brosse à dents une seconde partie d'emboîtement à l'extrémité côté tête du manche, emboîtée sur la première partie d'emboîtement, de manière à ce que l'emboîtement des première et seconde parties d'emboîtement maintiennent ensemble la tête et le manche.
