The invention is directed to a toothbrush (1) having a handle (2), a head (4) with oral care elements (12) and a neck (2) connecting the head with the handle, with a basic structure (5) of the handle, the neck and the head being formed by a hard plastic component, said basic structure of the handle being covered at least in part by a first soft plastic component, said head including a second soft plastic component and said neck including a through- opening (15, 7), wherein at least one section of a boundary wall of the opening is provided with an elastic muscle (7,38).

L'invention concerne une brosse à dents (1) comprenant un manche (2), une tête (4) pourvue d'éléments de soins buccaux (12) et un col (2) reliant la tête à la poignée qui est doté d'une structure de base (5).
