The invention relates to a pump toothbrush comprising a brush portion (7, 71), a grip portion (1) and an intermediate arm portion (6). The grip portion (1) comprises a container portion (11) for a cleansing medium. The container portion (11) is connected with the brush portion (7, 71) by means of a pump device (2) in order to feed the cleansing medium into the brush portion through the arm portion (6). In order to obtain a practical and handy toothbrush, the pump device (2) comprises a frame portion (21) arranged between the container portion (11) and the arm portion (6), whereby the container portion (11), the frame portion (21) and the arm portion (6) comprise essentially congruent casing portions.

Brosse à dents munie d'une pompe et constituée d'une partie formant brosse (7, 71), d'une partie formant manche (1) et d'une partie intermédiaire (6). La partie formant manche (1) comporte une partie réservoir (11) renfermant un milieu nettoyant. La partie réservoir (11) est reliée à la partie formant brosse (7, 71) au moyen d'un dispositif de pompage (2) destiné à alimenter la partie formant brosse en milieu nettoyant, lequel passe à travers la partie intermédiaire (6). Pour que la brosse à dents soit pratique et facile à manipuler, le dispositif de pompage (2) comporte une partie formant enveloppe (21) située entre la partie réservoir (11) et la partie intermédiaire (6), de sorte que la partie réservoir (11), la partie formant enveloppe (21) et la partie intermédiaire (6) constituent les éléments d'un boîtier essentiellement continu.
