A disposable toothbrush with a built-in reservoir (2) for dentifrice, thereby avoiding the need for carrying around two separate items, i.e. the toothbrush and the toothpaste. The inventive disposable toothbrush includes means (18) for forcing dentifrice from the storage compartment through a conduit (7) in the neck portion (6) to the bristles (10) in a controlled manner at will.
