The present invention relates to cosmetic compositions that comprise: a) a safe and effective amount of an acylating bonding agent having the structure (I) wherein X represents a cosmetic benefit agent that may or may not be attached via a chemical linker and R represents N3, Cl, Br or OM wherein M is an activated ester; and b) a cosmetically acceptable carrier for the bonding agent wherein the composition is administered topically to mammalian proteinaceous substrates and wherein the bonding agent reacts with a protein contained in the substrate such that the bonding agent, and thus the cosmetic benefit agent, is covalently attached to the substrate. The invention further relates to methods of using the compositions described above as well as various products that include the claimed compositions.
L'invention porte sur des compositions cosmétiques comportant: a) une quantité sûre et efficace d'un agent de fixation acylisant présentant la structure (I) dans laquelle: X représente un agent cosmétique fixé ou non à un liant chimique et R représente N¿3?, Cl, Br ou OM où M est un ester activé; et b) un support cosmétocompatible de l'agent de fixation. Une telle composition s'administre topiquement à des substrat protéiques de mammifères, et l'agent de fixation réagit avec les protéines du substrat créant une liaison par covalence entre le substrat et l'agent de fixation et donc avec l'agent cosmétique. L'invention porte en outre sur les procédés d'utilisation des susdites compositions et sur différents produits les contenant.
