A composition suitable for topical administration in treatment of a hyperproliferative skin disease which is a gel comprising (A) a compound of formula (see fig.I) (I) wherein A1 and A2 are each independently of the other hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl, aryl, acyl, lower alkylsulfonyl or arylsulfonyl; or wherein A1 and A2 together form unsubstituted or lower alkyl- or hydroxy- substituted lower alkylene; Ar1 and Ar2 are each independently of the other aryl, heteroaryl or unsubstituted or substituted cycloalkyl; the group -C(=X)- is -C(=O)-, -C(=S)-, -CH2- or -C(=CR1R2)- wherein R1 and R2 are each independently of the other hydrogen or lower alkyl; and R is hydrogen, lower alkyl, aryl-lower alkyl,aryl, amino, hydroxy or lower alkoxy; with the proviso that R is other than phenyl when A1 and A2 are hydrogen, Ar1 and Ar2 are phenyl and the group -C(=X)- is -C(=O)-; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof when a salt-forming groupis present, (B) a C1-C4 alkyl monoether of diethyleneglycol, (C) a gelling agentand (D) a solvent which is miscible with (B).
Préparation pouvant être appliquée en administration topique pour le traitement d'une maladie cutanée hyperproliférative, qui est constituée d'un gel contenant (A) un composé présentant la formule (I) (voir fig. I) dans laquelle A1 et A2 sont indépendamment l'un et l'autre un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle inférieur, un groupe alkényle inférieur, un groupe alkynyle inférieur, un groupe aryle, un groupe acyle, un groupe alkylsulfonyle inférieur ou arylsulfonyle; ou dans laquelle A1 et A2 sont l'un et l'autre un groupe alkylène inférieur non substitué ou substitué par un groupe alkyle inférieur ou par un groupe hydroxy; Ar1 et Ar2 sont indépendamment l'un et l'autre un groupe aryle, hétéroaryle ou cycloalkyle non substitué ou substitué; le groupe -C(=X)- est un groupe -C(=O)-, -C(=S)-, -CH2- ou -C(=CR1R2)- dans lequel R1 et R2 sont indépendamment l'un de l'autre un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle inférieur; et R est un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle inférieur, un groupe aryle-alkyle inférieur, un groupe aryle, un groupe amino, un groupe hydroxy ou un groupe alkoxy inférieur; à la condition que R ne soit pas un groupe phényle lorsque A1 et A2 sont des atomes d'hydrogène, que Ar1 et Ar2 soient des groupes phényle et que le groupe -C(=X)- soit un groupe -C(=O)-; ou un sel acceptable du point de vue pharmaceutique en présence d'un groupe formant un sel, (B) un monoéther alkylique en C1-C4 du diéthylèneglycol, (C) un agent gelifiant et (D) un solvant miscible dans (B).
