A method of treating a non-human dermatological disorder, wherein the method comprises topically administering to a non-human dermatological disorder a therapeutically effective amount of a topical composition containing: (1) an active component comprising at least one salicylate derivative; and (2) at least one pharmaceutically acceptable solubilizer.

Cette invention se rapporte à un procédé qui sert à traiter une affection dermatologique chez un sujet non humain et qui consiste à cet effet à administrer de façon topique à un sujet non humain souffrant d'une affection dermatologique une composition topique en quantité suffisante pour produire un effet thérapeutique, cette composition contenant: (1) un composant actif contenant au moins un dérivé salicylate; et (2) au moins un agent solubilisant acceptable sur le plan pharmaceutique.
