Disclosed is a toroidal core current transformer comprising a primary conductor which penetrates the toroidal core and a secondary winding that is wound around the toroidal core. A measuring shunt (Rsh) or a load (Z b) is provided at the secondary end. In order to compensate the phase error (f) between the primary current (I p) and the secondary current (I s), a compensation circuit (K) whose capacity (C) is measured substantially according to equation (I) or (II) is provided at the secondary end. In equation (I) or (II), C represents the capacity of the compensation circuit, .omega. represents the radian frequency, .phi. represents the phase error between the primary current and the secondary current, Rsh represents the resistance of an optional measuring shunt, and Z b represents the impedance of an optional load.

L'invention concerne un transformateur toroïdal comportant un conducteur primaire traversant le noyau toroïdal et un enroulement secondaire entourant le noyau toroïdal, un shunt de mesure (Rsh) ou une charge (Z b) se trouvant côté secondaire. Pour compenser le déphasage (f) entre le courant primaire (I p) et le courant secondaire (I s), un circuit de compensation (K) disposé côté secondaire a une capacité (C) mesurée sensiblement selon le rapport (I) ou (II), C signifiant la capacité du circuit de compensation, ~ désignant la fréquence angulaire, .phi. représentant le déphasage entre courant primaire et courant secondaire, Rsh signifiant la résistance d'un shunt de mesure éventuel et Z b représentant l'impédance d'une charge éventuelle.
