ABSTRACT An electric motor having a first rotor on an output shaft, a first stator pivotally mounted to a housing, a second rotor mounted to the first stator and a second stator mounted to the housing. The second stator is driven with a control signal which is a function of the measure reactional torque experienced by the first stator to produce a counter torque to balance the reactional torque. A consistency transmitter mounted on the output shaft produces torque on the first stator as a function of the consistency of the material in which it is rotated.
