TOTE BOX TILTER ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A bin positioning device has a wheeled chassis with a pivotally mounted platform for picking up a bin, transporting the bin, and selectively raising and tilting the bin to a predetermined angle by use of a motorized hydraulic ram, to facilitate access to the bin, to the limit where the contents of the bin are dumped. Bin retaining catches to stabilize the bin when tipped to an angle exceeding 90° may be provided, also a protective apron to safeguard the mechanism of the device from damage by bin contents when being dumped.
