The invention is a manual hand held device used to aid in the ability of a method of touch up on painted substrates. The invention is useful in repairing scratches chips etc. various surfaces such as painted walls, appliances, automobiles & furniture. The invention comprised of a pen, magnifying glass configuration. The pen is a plastic cylinder and is bendable and flexible. The said cylinder houses a mixing system comprised of ball- bearings travelling horizontally up and down a metal shaft. The cylinder attaches to a liquid dispensing reservoir which houses an inner chamber comprised of a polymeric tip assembly, under influence of a spring, a liquid is dispensed from the assembly tip to the substrate. The magnifying glass attaches to the outside reservoir and can be removed if need be.
