This invention is an improved manually operated tool used for the quick and clean removal, carrying and disposal of dog feces. It is designed to be "touchless" so that one never needs to handle the bag containing feces, and "washless" so that the device never comes in contact with feces. It is also designed so that a dog can carry it during outings and it also functions as a toy for the dog to retrieve. The device is composed of a handle with a scoop and bag holder at the end. It is equipped with a spring- loaded clamping mechanism to lock a plastic bag in place and On/Off thumb switches which govern the locking and unlocking of the clamping mechanism. It's handle has a bit grip area where a dog can hold the device comfortably using his teeth. Also on the handle is an adhesive material used to temporarily affix the device to a dog's harness.
