A harmful substance-processing apparatus capable of efficiently processing a harmful substance and preventing undecomposed harmful substance remaining in a heating container. A harmful substance-processing apparatus (1) comprises a heating container (10) having a heating chamber where an object to be processed containing a harmful substance is received, pressure-reducing means (40) for reducing pressure by sucking air in the heating chamber of the heating container (10), and heating means (20) for heating inside the heating chamber of the heating container (10). The heating container (10) is formed in a hollow tube-like shape, and the heating means (20) is provided with heating portions (21, 25) arranged along the length direction of the heating container (10), and a control portion (30) for controlling the operational order of the heating portions (21, 25). A vaporized harmful substance produced when the object to be processed is heated is prevented from adhering and remaining on a low temperature portion of the heating container (10).

L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement de substances nocives, apte à traiter efficacement une substance nocive et à empêcher une substance nocive non décomposée de rester dans un récipient chauffant. Ledit dispositif de traitement de substances nocives (1) comprend un récipient chauffant (10) présentant une chambre de chauffage destinée à recevoir un objet à traiter, qui contient une substance nocive, un moyen de réduction de la pression (40) pour réduire la pression par aspiration de l'air contenu dans la chambre de chauffage du récipient chauffant (10) et un moyen de chauffage (20) pour assurer le chauffage dans la chambre de chauffage du récipient chauffant (10). Ledit récipient chauffant (19) se présente sous forme de tube creux et le moyen de chauffage (20) comporte des sections de chauffage (21, 25) disposées le long du sens longitudinal du récipient chauffant (10), ainsi qu'une section de commande (30) pour assurer la commande opérationnelle des sections de chauffage (21, 25). Une substance nocive vaporisée, produite lors du traitement de l'objet, est chauffée pour éviter qu'elle n'adhère et ne demeure sur une section basse température du récipient chauffant (10).
