A toy shopping cart (10) has a basket (42) and seat (44) that may be used for different functions and which are easily removed from and reattached to a frame (12) of the shopping cart. The frame of the toy shopping cart has a pair of leg assemblies (14, 16) with four wheels (18) and a number of cross-members (20, 22, 24, 26) with a holding channel (60) formed on one of the cross- members to removably support the basket by a rim (48) and the seat by a holding member (58) in position at the front and the rear of the frame. The basket includes a housing (46) with a base (49) that is supported by a second of the cross-members when held in the frame.

L'invention concerne un chariot jouet (10) pourvu d'un panier (42) et d'un siège (44), pouvant être utilisés pour différentes fonctions et pouvant être facilement retirés d'un châssis (12) du chariot et fixés à nouveau sur ce dernier. Le châssis du chariot jouet présente une paire de pieds (14, 16) avec quatre roues (18) et un certain nombre d'éléments transversaux (20, 22, 24, 26), un canal de maintien (60) étant formé sur un des éléments transversaux pour supporter, de façon amovible, le panier par un rebord (48) et le siège par un élément de retenue (58) à l'avant et à l'arrière du châssis.
