This present invention relates to a Steering Apparatus for a manually operated, four wheeled, driver propelled vehicle, including a child's toy vehicle. The steering apparatus enables the vehicle to drive through turns, without a differential, by causing the vehicle to drive on three wheels while the fourth wheel is suspended above ground. The Steering Apparatus consists of a stationary steering pipe attached to the vehicle frame and a rotating steering pipe attached to the steering axel. The assembly of the Steering Apparatus causes the vehicle's wheel assembly (steering wheels and steering axel), to rotate on a tilted plane of rotation, not parallel to the ground, thereby causing an imbalance in the vehicle weight distribution among the wheels. Heavier weight construction in the steering end of the vehicle mediates the tendency of the vehicle to pivot on two wheels thereby causing the vehicle's weight to be distributed over three wheels with the fourth wheel suspended above ground.
