This present invention provides a novel form of track conversion kit for dirt bikes, comprising: a frame with means of coupling to a dirt bike chasis. A drive chain and sprocket transfers power from the dirt bike engine to a driven sprocket on a counter shaft supported by the frame. The driven sprocket on the counter shaft drives a drive sprocket mounted to the drive shaft supporting the track drive sprocket for propelling an endless drive track. A front stationary suspension shaft supports swing arms for supporting the front ends of the wheel rails. A rear stationary suspension shaft supports idler wheels for supporting the upper run of the endless drive track. A shock absorber is supported by the rear stationary suspension shaft and by the wheel rails second stationary shaft. A plurality of idler wheels and a rear guide wheel are supported by the wheel rails and wheel rails fourth shaft. The suspension has an adjusting rod for adjusting the tension on the shock absorber for different riding conditions.
