A track for a vehicle has an exterior surface to contact a ground surface and a plurality of primary cleats on the exterior surface projecting outwardly therefrom. The primary cleats are arranged in sets with each set being located on an opposite side of the center line of the track. At least someof the primary cleats in each set are angled with respect to the center line anddefine leading surfaces presented towards the center line.
