11 ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A track assembly for a sliding closure member comprising a longitudinally-extending track, a support arm for the closure member having one end portion connected to the track and projecting laterally therefrom, a ball roller mounted on the one end of the arm in engagement with the track and rotatable about an axis parallel to the axis of the one end portion of the arm whereby the one end may travel along the track and swing relative to the track about a swing axis perpendicular to the longitudinal and lateral directions, holding means for preventing such swinging movement except when the ball roller lies in an end region of the track, a rack which is fixed relative to the track when the arm is at the end region of the track, and a pinion with which the rack engages when the arm is at the end region of the track to swing the end portion of the arm about the swing axis as the end portion of the arm travels along the end region of the track.
