ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A pin and a bushing seal assembly for an endless track belt of the type used on crawler tractors which comprises an inner seal ring, or spacer, fixed on the pin and an outer seal ring having an edge bearing against the end face of the bushing with a resilient seal element interposed between the inner and outer rings which is arranged so as to resist axial thrust and to produce effective sealing over a relatively wide range of variations of axial spacing between the end of the bushing and the confronting track link side bar. In one form of the real assembly the resilient seal element is bonded to the inner and outer seal rings and in another form thereof the resilient seal element is sealed in groove formations in oppositely facing surfaces of the inner and outer seal rings.
