ABSTRACT "A tracked load carrying or pulling vehicle" A tracked load carrying vehicle has a chassis (10) carrying an engine (11) having an output shaft (13) driving two parallel tracks (14, 15) on either side of the chassis. A control lever (60) controls respective clutches mounted between the ends of the output shaft (13) and the tracks (14, 15) so that either one of the tracks can be selectively disengaged from the engine. An appropriate linkaging interconnects the control lever (60) and the clutches. The vehicle has a small turning circle and good manouvreability.
