ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A tractor with ripper attachment having a combined tool bar and counterweight container. The tractor is commonly weighted with its mass toward the front thereof, and there is a ripper assembly attached to the rear of the tractor and having a hollow tool bar which receives counterweights, and the ripper tools are attached exteriorly of the tool bar and the entire assembly is free to move up and down on the rear of the tractor.
