A TRAF5 knockout mouse is constructed. A TRAF5-like mediator is screened by using this knockout mouse and a wild type littermate thereof and comparing and evaluating differences in the data obtained by stimulating T cells of these animals simultaneously with CD70 and anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody, stimulating B cells of these animals with anti-CD40 monoclonal antibody, and immunizing these animals with a T cell-dependent antigen.

L'invention concerne l'obtention d'une souris knockout utilisée pour le criblage de TRAF5. Le criblage d'un médiateur du type TRAF5 est réalisé par utilisation de ladite souris knockout et d'une souris du type sauvage de la même portée, et par comparaison et évaluation des différences que présentent les données obtenues par stimulation des lymphocytes T de ces animaux à l'aide des anticorps monoclonaux CD70 et anti-CD3 simultanément, par stimulation des lymphocytes B de ces animaux à l'aide de l'anticorps monoclonal CD40, et immunisation de ces animaux au moyen d'un antigène dépendant des lymphocytes T.
