ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A platform is supported on a ladder structure for selective elevation on a post arrangement supported on a trailer provided with outrigger devices. The ladder is part of the elevating pole structure which is pivotally elevated by a small manually operated winch. The bottom of the pole is moved into a guide comprising opposed plates. The platform may be partly enclosed and provided with a top.
