A trailer (10) has a dropped center section (12) defining a well (16) for a coiled tubing reel (22). A mast (30) has a pair of posts (34) on which a carriage (32) is mounted for movement along posts (34). An injector head (36) is supported on carriage (32) for pivotal movement in a vertical plane relative to mast (30) and for horizontal movement along a tubular support member (38) of carriage (32) relative to mast (30). Mast (30) is pivotally mounted on the rear end of trailer (10) for movement away from trailer (10) for positioning over a wellhead. In a stored position, mast posts (34) fit alongside the ends of reel (22) so that the total height of the stored coiled tubing rig is no more than 13 1/2 feet for over the road travel.
L'invention concerne une semi-remorque (10) à section centrale surbaissée (12) définissant un puits (16) pour une bobine (22) de tube en spirale. Un mât (30) possède une paire de montants (34) sur lesquels un chariot (32) est monté de façon à se mouvoir le long des montants (34). Une tête (36) d'injecteur est portée par le chariot (32) de façon à avoir un mouvement pivotant dans un plan vertical par rapport au mât (30) et de façon à avoir un mouvement dans un plan horizontal le long d'une partie supportubulaire (38) du chariot (38) par rapport au mât (30) . Ledit mât (30) est monté pivotant sur la partie arrière de la semi-remorque (10) afin d'avoir un mouvement d'éloignement de la semi-remorque (10) de façon à se positionner au dessus d'une tête de puits. En position repliée, les montants (34) du mâts s'ajustent le long des extrémités de la bobine (22) de sorte que la hauteur totale de cet ensemble à tube en spirale ne dépasse pas 13 pieds et demi pour permettre les déplacements routiers.
