Abstract. The training device comprises a system of safe- ty belts adapted to be fixed to the body of man, connected by means of an articulated arm mechanism with a safety cable connected in turn with a support overhead. The support comprises two parallel longi- tudinal guides and a transverse guide movably con- nected with the longitudinal guides and provided with a movable link adapted to move along the trans- verse guide. The cable is connected with the movable link and comprises an elastic member having adjust- able elasticity.
