The device comprises a substantially flat base (1), made of a material which is tolerated by the system and capable of extending parallel to the skin, a transcutaneous pillar capable of being sealingly engaged with said base (1) and of passing through the skin through an incision so as to have one end outside the body, at least one passage for the fluid extending in the pillar, and having an external orifice opening onto the external surface of the pillar, a valve set in the passage, and at least one conduit capable of being implanted and of extending between the said base and an internal part of the body, and means (7, 9) at the base to connect the said conduit to be implanted.

Le dispositif comporte un socle (1) sensiblement plat, en un matériau tolérable par l'organisme et susceptible de s'étendre parallèlement à la peau, un pilier transcutané susceptible d'être fixé de façon étanche sur ledit socle (1) et de traverser la peau par une incision pour présenter une extrémité extérieure à l'organisme, au moins un passage de fluide s'étendant dans le pilier, et présentant une embouchure externe débouchant à la surface extérieure du pilier, une valve disposée dans le passage, et au moins un conduit implantable, susceptible de s'étendre entre ledit socle et une partie interne de l'organisme, et des moyens (7, 9) au niveau dudit socle pour raccorder ledit conduit implantable.
