A medical apparatus comprising a transcutaneous device (3) comprising a base (6) having means for attachment to a bone (5) of the organism and sealed connection means fitted either with a temporary stopper (7) or a transcutaneous pillar (8) containing electrical connections (27) complementary to the electrical connections (21) incorporated in the base (6), the base also comprising a sealed bacteriological protective membrane (34) which can be perforated by at least electrically conductive pins (30) which the said electrical connections (27) comprise.
La présente invention concerne un ensemble d'appareillage médical comportant un dispositif transcutané (3) comportant un socle (6) pourvu de moyens de fixation sur un os (5) de l'organisme et des moyens de liaison étanche avec alternativement un bouchon temporaire (7) et un pilier transcutané (8) à l'intérieur duquel se situent des moyens de connexion électrique (27) complémentaires de moyens de connexion électrique (21) incorporés dans ledit socle (6), et en ce que ledit socle comporte une membrane (34) de protection étanche bactériologique, perforable par au moins des broches (30) électriquement conductrices que comportent lesdits moyens de connexion électrique (27).
