The invention relates to a device for transdermally administering a compound of formula (I), wherein A represents hydrogen or deuterium, R represents a group selected among C1-6 alkyl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, or phenyl, each of which can be substituted by C1-3 alkoxy, fluoride, chlorine, bromine, iodine, nitro, amino, hydroxy, oxo, mercapto, or deuterium, the C atom marked by * (asterisk) being provided in the R configuration. The invention is characterized in that the compound of general formula (I) is provided in a polymer matrix and is released at a dose of 0.5 to 20 mg per day through human skin. The invention further relates to the use of said compounds of formula (I) for producing transdermal medicaments.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'administration transdermale d'un composé de la formule (I) où A représente un hydrogène ou deutérium ; R représente un groupe qui est sélectionné parmi C¿1-6?-alkyle, C¿3-10?-cycloalkyle ou phényle et peut être respectivement substitué par C¿1-3?-alcoxy, fluor, chlore, brome, iode, nitro, amino, hydroxy, oxo, mercapto ou deutérium ; l'atome de carbone marqué d'une étoile * étant présent dans la configuration(R). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le composé de la formule générale (I) est présent dans une matrice polymère et est libéré par la peau humaine à raison d'une dose de 0,5-20 mg par jour. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation des composés mentionnés de la formule (I) pour produire des médicaments transdermaux.
