The invention relates to a transdermal plaster with progesterone A-specific ligands (PRASL) as an active ingredient, consisting of a rear layer, at least one adhesive layer which adheres thereto and which contains an active ingredient and which is based on a silicon polymer, polyisobutylene polymer (PIB), a polyacrylate polymer or a styrene block copolymer with butadiene or isoprene (SBS or SIS), in addition to a removable protective film. The inventive transdermal therapeutical plaster containing PRASL, optionally combined with estrogens, is suitable for hormone replacement therapy and fertility control.

La présente invention concerne un timbre transdermique comprenant des ligands spécifiques à la progestérone A (PRASL) comme principe actif. Ce timbre transdermique est constitué d'une couche arrière, d'au moins une couche adhésive contenant le principe actif, qui adhère à la couche arrière et qui est à base d'un polymère de silicone, d'un polymère de polyisobutylène (PIB), d'un polymère de polyacrylate ou d'un copolymère séquencé de styrène avec du butadiène ou de l'isoprène (SBS ou SIS), ainsi que d'un film protecteur qui peut être retiré. Le timbre thérapeutique transdermique selon cette invention contenant des PRASL, éventuellement combinés à des oestrogènes, convient pour un traitement hormonal de substitution et pour un traitement contraceptif.
