The invention relates to a transdermal system containing fentanyl as an active ingredient and consisting of, or comprising, a substrate, a mixture which is applied to the substrate and consists of the active ingredient, an oleaginous Aloe vera extract, a resin and a bonding agent, in addition to a layer which covers the mixture applied to the substrate.
