The invention relates to a transdermal therapeutic system for the controlled release of water-soluble pharmaceutical active ingredients from an aqueous phase, comprising an occlusive back layer, a central device facing the skin for releasing the agent, an adhesive layer concentrically surrounding the dispensing device and a removable protective film. Said device is made from a stationary solid phase and a liquid phase containing the active ingredient in aqueous solution, the solid phase being formed from a solid with a fleecy or spongy structure.
L'invention concerne des systèmes thérapeutiques transdermiques pour l'administration contrôlée d'agents actifs pharmaceutiques solubles dans l'eau, à partir d'une phase aqueuse. Lesdits systèmes comportent une couche arrière occlusive, un dispositif central orienté vers la peau, destiné à l'administration de l'agent actif, une couche adhésive entourant le dispositif d'administration de façon concentrique, et une pellicule protectrice amovible. Ledit dispositif est composé d'une phase solide stationnaire et d'une phase liquide contenant l'agent actif en solution aqueuse. La phase solide est composée d'un solide présentant une structure de non-tissé ou spongieuse.
