The present invention relates to a transdermal therapeutic system comprising at least one readily volatile and/or thermolabile active ingredient and/or auxiliary, which can be produced by laminating at least three components onto one another, namely a polymeric matrix layer, a likewise polymeric acceptor layer that absorbs the active ingredient and/or auxiliary at an increased rate, and a donor layer comprising, at the point of production, the volatile and/or thermolabile active ingredient and/or auxiliary. The system according to the invention is characterized in that, during or shortly after the lamination process, the donor layer combines with the acceptor layer as a result of migration of the readily volatile and/or thermolabile substances.
La présente invention concerne un système thérapeutique percutané, contenant au moins une substance active et/ou auxiliaire facilement volatile et/ou thermolabile, qui peut être fabriqué en stratifiant les uns sur les autres au moins trois composants, à savoir une couche de matrice polymère, une couche accepteuse également polymère qui absorbe de manière accélérée la substance active et/ou auxiliaire, ainsi qu'une couche donneuse qui au moment de la fabrication contient la substance active et/ou auxiliaire volatile et/ou thermolabile. Le système de l'invention se caractérise par le fait que la couche donneuse se combine avec la couche accepteuse par migration des substances facilement volatiles et/ou thermolabiles pendant ou peu après l'opération de stratification.
