The invention concerns a transfer device for hollow bodies comprising an open end forming a neck (20), comprising at least pliers (11) for gripping the hollow body by the outer part of its neck and consisting of two synchronously articulated jaws (12, 13) and drive means for controlling the opening and closing of the jaws sequentially and synchronously. The invention is characterised in that said drive means comprise at least a fluid actuator (28) driving at least one jaw (12, 13).
