The invention relates to a transfer line comprising several stations that are used for processing workpieces and are connected to each other by means of a conveyor path on which the workpieces or the supports supporting the workpieces are conveyed from station to station. The invention is characterized by the fact that at least one of the stations is embodied in a self-rigid manner, preferably as a hook machine, said station being provided with an autonomous control unit which controls the working processes of the station.

L'invention concerne une chaîne de transfert, constituée de plusieurs stations servant à l'usinage de pièces, lesdites stations étant reliées les unes aux autres par une bande de transport qui transporte les pièces ou des porte-pièces, sur lesquels sont placées les pièces, d'une station à l'autre. L'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une des stations possède une rigidité intrinsèque et se présente de préférence sous la forme d'une machine à crochets. Elle est caractérisée en outre en ce que ladite station est équipée d'une commande fonctionnant de manière autonome et assurant la commande des cycles d'opérations de ladite station.
