The present invention discloses a transfer material comprising at least a substrate sheet having releasing property, and a protecting layer formed on one surface of the substrate sheet, wherein the protecting layer is composed of an active energy ray curable resin, the active energy ray curable resin being obtained by heat-crosslinking a heat and active energy ray curable resin composition which comprises, as an active ingredient, a polymer having a (meth)acryl equivalent weight from 100 to 300 g/eq, a hydroxyl value from 20 to 500 and a weight-average molecular weight from 5000 to 50000; a polyfunctional isocyanate; and a UV absorber; characterized in that the UV absorber is a bisbenzotriazole-type UV absorber represented by the formula: Image wherein R each independently represents a hydrogen atom, or an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, n each independently represents an integer of 4 to 8, m each independently represents an integer of 1 to 20. A protection coating excellent in transparency, weather resistance, abrasive resistance, and chemical resistance may be formed on the surface of a molded article at low cost without forming cracks at the curved part, by using the transfer material of the present invention.
L'invention porte sur un matériau de transfert comprenant une feuille de base libérable sur une face de laquelle est formée une couche protectrice. Ce matériau se caractérise en ce que la couche protectrice comprend une résine durcie obtenue par réticulation thermique d'une composition de résine, et qui peut durcir sous l'effet des radiations thermique et actinique. Ce matériau comprend comme ingrédients actifs un polymère ayant un équivalent (méth)acrylique compris entre 100 et 300 g/eq, une valeur hydroxyl comprise entre 20 et 500 et un poids moléculaire moyen au poids compris entre 5 000 et 50 000, un isocyanate polyfonctionnel et un absorbeur de rayons ultraviolets. Ce matériau se caractérise également en ce que l'absorbeur de rayons ultraviolets est un composé bisbenzotriazole représenté par la formule (1) [dans laquelle chaque R représente indépendamment hydrogène ou C1-10 alkyle; chaque n représente indépendamment un nombre entier compris entre 4 et 8; et chaque m représente indépendamment un nombre entier compris entre 1 et 20]. Au moyen de ce matériau de transfert, on peut former un revêtement de protection, présentant une excellente résistance aux intempéries, une résistance à l'abrasion et une résistance aux produits chimiques, sur la surface d'un moulage, et cela, sans générer de craquelures dans les zones incurvées, et à moindre coût.
