In a transfer tool (A), a refill (3) is provided with a reel section (31) for holding a transfer tape (T); a transfer head (35) for transferring a transfer object arranged on the transfer tape (T) to a material to which the transfer object is to be transferred; and a supporting plate (34), which has the reel section (31) attached thereon and has a base end section (351) of the transfer head (35) integrally arranged. An engaging section (5) is arranged among the base end section (351), a first case member (1) and a second case member (2) to prevent the base end section (351), the first case member (1) and the second case member (2) from relatively turning.
