ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A transferable flocked fiber sticker material comprising a base sheet, a release adhesive layer applied to one surface of the base sheet, fibers releasably flocked to the adhesive-applied surface of the base sheet in erect position and a hot melt resin adhesive mixture layer applied to the exposed ends of the fibers. The hot melt resin adhesive mixture contains an inorganic or organic filler, a blowing agent and at least one rubber latex.
