It is intended to provide a process for producing PF1022 substance derivatives (in particular, PF1022-220 and PF1022-260) by the direct fermentation method and a transformant to be used in this process. Thus, a transformant capable of producing PF1022 substance derivatives which can be obtained by transferring a gene participating in the biosynthesis pathway from chorismic acid to p- aminophenylpyruvic acid into a phenylalanine-requiring host derived from an organism producing the PF1022 substance is provided. Also, a process for producing PF1022 substance derivatives involving the steps of culturing the above transformant and collecting the PF1022 derivatives is provided.
Procédé de production de dérivés de matière PF1022 (notamment PF1022-220 et PF1022-260) par un procédé de fermentation directe, et transformant utilisé dans ce procédé. L'invention concerne un transformant capable de produire des dérivés de matière PF1022, qui peut être obtenu par le transfert d'un gène participant à la voie de biosynthèse d'acide chorismique en acide p-aminophénylpyruvique dans un hôte nécessitant de la phénylalanine, dérivé d'un organisme produisant la matière PF1022. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé de production de dérivés de la matière PF1022, qui comporte les étapes consistant à mettre en culture ledit transformant et à recueillir les dérivés de PF1022.
