A vector for plant transformation to be used in constructing a plant capable of detecting an environmental burden chemical due to a change in its flower color. Namely, it is intended to provide a vector for plant transformation comprising AhR gene which has been integrated thereinto in such a manner as allowing the expression thereof, an AhR ligand stimulus-inductive promoter and a gene participating in the synthesis of a desired flower dye which has been integrated in such a manner as allowing the expression thereof by the promoter.
L'invention concerne un vecteur de transformation végétale destiné à être utilisé pour fabriquer une plante capable de détecter un produit chimique représentant une charge pour l'environnement grâce à un changement de la couleur de sa fleur. C'est-à-dire que l'invention a pour but de fournir un vecteur de transformation végétale, dans lequel a été intégré le gène AhR d'une manière permettant l'expression dudit gène, un promoteur inducteur de stimulus d'un ligand de AhR et un gène participant à la synthèse d'un colorant floral recherché, ledit gène ayant été intégré d'une manière permettant son expression par le promoteur.
