Disclosed is a method for producing a transformed plant capable of producing polyglutamic acid. Also disclosed is a transformed plant produced by the method. The method comprises introducing a nucleic acid encoding a polyglutamic acid synthase A (pgsA), a nucleic acid encoding a polyglutamic acid synthase B (pgsB) and a nucleic acid encoding a polyglutamic acid synthase C (pgsC) into a plant.
Le procédé décrit permet de produire une plante transformée capable de produire de l'acide polyglutamique. Une plante transformée produite par ce procédé est également décrite. Le procédé comprend l'introduction d'un acide nucléique codant une acide polyglutamique synthase A (pgsA), un acide nucléique codant une acide polyglutamique synthase B (pgsB) et un acide nucléique codant une acide polyglutamique synthase C (pgsC) dans une plante.
