It is possible to simplify management of data flow transfer rate of a plurality of priority levels and suppress load on a mobile station and a radio base station. A transfer rate control method includes: a step that a radio base station Node B transmits a common absolute rate control channel containing the priority level and the transfer rate; and a step that when a mobile station has data flows of a plurality of priority levels, all the data flows are transmitted with the transfer rate contained in the common absolute rate control channel corresponding to the highest priority level.

L'invention vise à simplifier la gestion du débit de transfert de flux de données d'une pluralité de niveaux de priorité et supprimer la charge sur une station mobile et une station de base de radio. Un procédé de commande de débit de transfert comprend : une étape au cours de laquelle un Noed B de station de base de radio transmet un canal commun de commande de débit absolu contenant le niveau de priorité et le débit de transfert; et une étape au cours de laquelle, quand une station mobile a des flux de données d'une pluralité de niveaux de priorité, tous les flux de données sont transmis avec le débit de transfert contenu dans le canal commun de commande de débit absolu correspondant au plus haut niveau de priorité.
