The invention concerns a transmit/receive module for high-frequency signals, in particular for radar installations op- erating in the transmission-power range 0.5 to 12 W. The trans- mit/receive module proposed preferably uses no circulator. This makes it possible for a preferred embodiment to use plan- ar circuit techniques. The transmit/receive module is particu- larly suitable for use in phased-array antenna assemblies.
