An optically transparent and electrically conductive single walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) film comprises a plurality of interpenetrated single walled carbon nanotubes, wherein for a 100 nm film the film has sufficient interpenetration to provide a 25 0C sheet resistance of less than 200 ohm/sq. The film also provides at least 20% optical transmission throughout a wavelength range from 0.4 µm to 5 µm.

L'invention concerne un film en nanotubes de carbone monoparoi (SWNT) optiquement transparent et électriquement conducteur comprenant une pluralité de nanotubes en carbone monoparoi interpénétrées, où pour un film de 100 nm, le film a une interpénétration suffisante pour assurer une résistance de feuille à 25 °C d'au moins de 200 ohm/carré. Le film assure également une transmission optique d'au moins 20 % sur une gamme de longueurs d'onde de 0,4 µm à 5 µm.
