Various methods related to the preparation of transparent electrical conductors based on carbon nanotubes having enhanced optical and electrical properties are disclosed. In some embodiments, the methods involve employing carbon nanotubes that have been presorted according to electronic type and/or optical absorbance for use in transparent electrical conductors. Other embodiments involve use of carbon nanotube bundles that have been pre-sorted according to bundle density.

L'invention concerne divers procédés d'obtention de conducteurs électriques transparents à partir de nanotubes de carbone dotés de propriétés optiques et électriques améliorées. Dans certains modes de réalisation, ces procédés reposent sur l'emploi de nanotubes de carbone préalablement triés en fonction du type électronique et/ou de l'absorbance optique en vue de leur utilisation dans des conducteurs électriques transparents. D'autres modes de réalisation font intervenir des faisceaux de nanotubes de carbone préalablement triés en fonction de la densité du faisceau.
