The invention concerns a transparent substrate comprising at least on one of its surfaces an antiglare coating consisting of stack of thin layers with alternating high and low refractive indices, in particular based on a dielectric material. At least one of the thin layers with high refractive index comprises titanium oxide which is modified so as to lower its refractive index to a value of not more than 2.40 in particular to a value not more than 2.35. The invention is also applicable to low-emissivity antiglare or infrared absorbing coatings.
L'invention a pour objet un substrat transparent comportant sur au moins une de ses faces un revêtement antireflets fait d'un empilement de couches minces, d'indices de réfraction alternativement forts et faibles, notamment à base de matériau diélectrique. Au moins une des couche minces à fort indice comprend de l'oxyde de titane qui est modifié de façon à abaisser son indice de réfraction jusqu'à une valeur d'au plus 2,40, notamment jusqu'à une valeur d'au plus 2,35. L'invention s'applique aussi aux revêtements bas-émissifs et anti-solaires.
