As the result of the step-up, high accelerations and decelerations can be achieved at the carrier device (18), in the case of which the mass inertia of used linear guides for the bearing of levers and mass inertial of drives moved along play a clearly reduced role. On the other hand, a high positioning precision can be achieved.
