Driverless motor vehicles (6) are conveyed to unoccupied parking spaces (2) in a building (1) by a transport system comprising at least two trackless transport elements (3) and, for each motor vehicle (6), four detachable wheel support elements (4) on the parking space (2) and the two transport elements (3), on which wheel support elements the vehicle (6) remains during parking in the parking space (2).
