The invention concerns a single-block assembly of a small unit for producing (23) building panels. The assembly comprises: an upper platform (2), a longer lower platform (1), a material handling gantry (7) located on the upper platform. The platform (2) supporting the gantry (7) is horizontally mobile through bearings (11) supported on rails (12) positioned on the lower platform (1) without requiring an external gantry resting on the ground. The vertical mobility of the upper platform (2) is provided by a set of actuators (4), base plates (18) and slide rails (13). The assembly is compact (23) enabling the production unit not comprising any heavy material handling device to be rapidly transported from site to site.
La présente invention ~ ~ ensemble monobloc de petite unité de production (23) pour panneaux destinés au bâtiment. Ensemble comprenant: un plateau supérieur~2, un plateau inférieur de plus grande longueur (1), un portique de manutention (7 ) situé sur le plateau supérieur. Le plateau (2) supportant le portique (7) est mobil horizontalement par des roulements (11) prenant appui sur les rails (12) positionnés sur le plateau inférieur (1) sans recours à un portique extérieur reposant sur le sol. La mobilité verticale du plateau supérieur (2) est assuré par un ensemble de vérins (4), platines (18), guides (14) et coulisses (13). Ensemble compacte (23) pour le déplacement rapide de site à site de l'unité de production sans engin de manutention lourde.
