TRANSPORTING, INCUBATING, AND GROWING OF AQUATIC CREATURES ABSTRACT Methods and apparatus for transporting, incubating, and growing out the eggs of aquatic creatures. The apparatus includes an insulated container (10) and a spacing structure (14) which rests on the bottom wall (30) of the container (10). One or more egg containers (10) are placed on the spacing structure (14) to keepwater in the insulated container (10) from drowning the eggs, and the container (10) is iced. An inlet port (20) is so located that water can be introduced into the box (12) below the egg containers (10). The egg containers (10) may be open trays (18) or closed tubes (72). The apparatus may also include a pump (94), a filter (96), a cooler (98), and an aerater (102), for recirculating water contained in the box (12) during the transportation of fry.
