The transversal equalizer includes a first transversal equalizer unit which receives input signals through a first input terminal, equalizes their waveforms, and outputs the equalized signals as cascaded signals and a second transversal equalizer unit which receives the cascade output signals and also receives input signals and outputs an equalized signal derived from the input signals. - 24 -
